Class Description: Online Handstand Class

Students will focus on upper body and core strength required for handstands and learn various handstand positions using a wall prior to advancing into balancing moves on their own (if more advanced). Some shapes worked on include hollow body, stags, straddle, diamond, tuck, split as well as drills for presses. All levels welcome. 16 - Adult. All classes held via Zoom. £10 per class. Max 6 students.


No previous experience needed. Wall space is required for this class.
