Class Description: Online Flexibility Class / Beginning Contortion Class

Students will develop well rounded active flexibility in legs, hips, back and shoulders with use of safe flexibility techniques, encouraging correct muscle activation and alignment. Class focuses on skills such as splits, bridges, flexibility elbow stands and other backbend variations. A great class for beginners to improve flexibility as well as the more advanced student to supplement their training by fine tuning their alignment and keeping the body conditioned. All levels welcome. 16 - Adult. £10 per class. Max 6 students.


No prior experience needed. Two yoga blocks are recommended, however, not essential.

All new students are required to complete the injury release waiver prior to their first class!
